Harvey Area Chamber Of Commerce "Harvey, Illinois"
The Harvey Area Chamber of Commerce (HACC) was founded, independently incorporated and chartered in the State of Illinois in 2004. HACC's mission to advocate policy that impacts the city of Harvey's procurement guidelines to improve the quality of community life while incubating Community Development and Small Businesses has positively impacted members in Harvey and its vicinity.
Our commitment to Socioeconomic Advancement has fueled the engine to Economic Equity and Programmatic Reform throughout the Southland Region since we began. The City of Harvey has been one of the most underdeveloped Urban Communities in Chicago's Southland since the mid 1960's. Community businesses and residents have been tremendously impacted by Socioeconomic Inequities due to lack past Government mismanagement and more recently during the outbreak of COVID-19 and 2020's Civil unrest. HACC has made every effort to strengthen its abilities as a Community Assist Agent empowering businesses and residents as we move toward what we hope to be local Government and Community Reform that motivates investments supporting grass root businesses and residents to create a sustainable blueprint for growth .
